Five courses of elevated fare will be expertly paired with curated fine ciders to showcase the best flavors in each pairing.
Local craft beer, cider, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks will also be available for purchase during the event.

About the Chef:
Award Winning Chef Daniel Moreland’s primary influences can be traced back to his youth having been raised in Houston, Texas, a cultural melting pot and underrated food haven for many and brought up by parents who had a passion for French and classic European cooking.
He then cut his teeth in the restaurant world as a young cook and chef in Austin, Texas where he found a passion for combining French techniques with central Mexican and indigenous flavors and ingredients. In search of snow and mountains, he moved to Salt Lake City in 2017 and has worked for a number of restaurant groups in and around the city, most recently as Executive Chef at Bodega + The Rest, before starting Cactus Eater in 2023.
