Our cider-focused bar features a rotating menu of modern & traditional ciders, apple based spirits & specialty sippers from small orchards, urban producers & artisans across the US and the world. 


With an ever changing lineup of DRAFT CIDER from 4% to 12% ABV, plus a wide selection of craft cider in bottles & cans, we have a cider to please every palette from sweet/semi-sweet to extra dry and tannic, single varietals & heirloom apple blends to offer a diverse lineup of clean & crisp flavors to funky farmhouse styles to tart & sour styles, to creative fruit & herbal combos for the adventurous taster. Cider driven cocktails, select wines & craft beers round out our menu for side by side tastings or to enjoy on their own. 

Cider is — at its core — a white wine made with apples & is naturally gluten-free.

Our food offering is inspired by traditional French cheeses & charcuterie, salty Spanish pintxos – with conservas (tinned smoked & fermented fish), nuts & olives to create natural pairings to compliment the complexity of cider.
